My RX just jumped out of TC mode twice. POS.
What version is your D2? V3.0? Try it in TC mode at 500F. See how hot it is. At 600F in the RX its not hot - thats because its under firing.
As for the "Temp protect" issues, I cooled the atty in aircon room before setting the resistance in the RX. I read on Joyetech forum that Evic Mini users were cooling their attys in the fridge to overcome temp protect issues.

I've used Joyetech in the past. Owned 2 of the original Joyetech Evic. Lots of functions but underfiring. Wismec has to fix all the issues in the RX200 for it to be a good mod.

Guys, I own 2 tanks now, and 1 IPV D2.

I was on TFV4 which has coil built at 0.67ohm. I locked the resistance. I vape a few puffs then change to Kangertech subtank mini with coil built at 0.37. I lock the resistance again and I started vaping with this subtank mini.

Problem comes when I switch back to TFV4. I am not able to lock the resistance as it says "check atomiser". I have tried to screw unscrew the tank, restart but nothing works.

Any idea of what is happening?

*EDIT:- FUCK ME. There is a strip of thin rubber in between metal contact of the tank and the mod. Now it is working fine.

I'm waiting for bugless x3 battery 200W. I'm sticking to my IPV3 Li until that day comes.

I had a dry hit last night. Very surprised. Pulled the topcap off my RDA and fired it - the cotton burst into flames. I removed the cotton and fired it - screen said "Temp Protection" but my coil glowed red.

I like the Jay Bo design but the current 'Happytetek' chip is crap. Too rushed into production when they ran out of Evolv chips. I will sell my unit. Maybe buy again later when everything is fixed.

but i had a problem today, not sure is feature or a problem. i saja syok use my nichrome build on my Ni mode.

SOP, lock resistance, set wattage and temp. fire on, 1st fire it was firing at TC but i think when they couldnt detect the temp it switches to default power mode. not sure if this is the problem u had. but thats not the problem, problem is i couldnt switch mode from then on lol. cannot go Ti or SS or back to power mode with atty on, had to remove atty and retighten to switch back.

not sure if its the nichrome on Ni playing tricks, coz wasnt having any problem of jumping when i use it on SS mode with my crown. need to really try out for one full day to really know for sure
