My SX350J mod also same, have to switch to Manual TCR for SS316L.
Takes time for the TC to works. Set it at 450F but jumping sometimes to 480 or 490F.
Switch it off and on again may work.

I really think there should be a noob thread. I asked like 5 questions still goes unanswered. But whatever. Im still going to ask.

It says at front page of thread that at the end of battery usage (per charge) the voltage goes down to 2.5. And at full charge, some says it goes to 4.2 volt and some says it goes to 3.7 volt. So im quite confused here because most battery specs says 3.7v.

So based at front page chart, im firing my kbox mini at 32watts, fully charged, 0.45ohm 28g/32g fused clapton.
Its in the green range.

So my question is, unlike my friends mod which shows the battery voltage and firing voltage, how am i to know at how many voltage my battery is left with? Can i just fire at the setting i mentioned earlier from full charge till empty(indicator from mod)?

And lets not get on Amps yet. Im going baby steps from basics. Wasnt that interested before and just did coil smoke. Basic stuff. Noob here, be nice.

been using it with Ti .. and the TC not kick in so often .. yesterday yes .. but when checked my cotton split into 2 already ..
now seems to be okay with 3.0 .. TC much more reliable then 2.0 .. will try with nickel after this ...

Running spaced SS 316L 26g 4mm 6 wraps. 0.6 ohms.  Seems like underfiring is gone.

I could give you some Ti 24g if you wanna come collect at lunch time or after work at weekdays around AIA area

oo .. so TCR not set according to resistance is it? but set on what types of wire is it .. so if Ti i check they suggest 350

currently in steam engine .. set my tcr to 366 .. now firing with 410f and 25watts .. is it ok huhu!

tested with no blank cotton just now .. and when fire the cotton didnt burn up .. just a micro mini smoke then nothing ..

if im using goblin mini with 26 awg ss316 dual coil and get 0.15ohm and vaping with 430f TC with 22.5 watt on lg he2 battery.... is it safe for vaping and battery stress?
