Its......... paint! Lol! Kinda similar to the one on the black RX200. But its better done than on the RX. Doesn't look like it'll chip as easily. Edge is a little sharp on the bottom. Machining on the hybrid topcap & switch is a bit rough. Need to use a coin in the topcap to unscrew. Had some metal shavings in it. Will put graphite powder on it.

Just buy the black. Its cheap anyway. If the paint wears off, its real easy to paint. No screen or chip/board to remove as well.
Had stuff to do so I'll only get around to putting a coil on my atty later. Power on this mod is amazing. Smaller than I thought. Still want to try to use a tank for it.

Ordering an Aromamizer RDTA with silver Cricket. I've used the Aro at 80W. Should be ok. Reckon its the perfect small mod for the Aromamizer. The single 18650 mods don't quite have enough power.

Just to test, I put a 1.6ohm single coil in the Haze RDTA. Works fine. Emptied the tank in 12 puffs. Lol.

You bought the Snapdragon? Which SKU? Bought the bellcap for it? So that you can drill holes in it for added airflow.

I have that SKU. Price lower now. I prefer more airflow, so I want to drill holes in the topcap. The plastic bellcap would be easier to drill and if I make a mistake I can buy another bellcap.
Might get the Sapor and Aeolus.

Wotofo has good stuff. Not interested in the Mirage. Magma Reborn might be alright.

Why get Wotofo clones? Get authentic - they're cheap. Wotofo stuff used to be more expensive. I like the Wotofo Phantom mech.

Its been interesting. Having to re-learn coil building. Not gonna go crazy. About 100W in a dripper will do. Nope, still looking for a dripper to run above 100w.

Challenge was to run a tank on it! Trying to figure out coil configurations in my head. Bought a Haze RDTA to pair with it for outdoor use. Test coil was a sissy 1.7ohms. Lol! Even then the tank drained too quick for use when out. Will probably get a Aromamizer RDTA to pair with it. Gonna order a second Cricket. In silver this time.

Why a tank? Cos I'm frigging bored. Lol.
Got too easy just slapping on a coil to use in a regulated mod. Tank on a Cricket? - takes figuring out. Small deck, limited airflow, tank capacity, wicking flow etc.
I can build for 100W+ in my Haze tank - has the airflow for it. But I'd empty the 2ml tank in a few puffs. Getting the right balance is the challenge.
The Cricket is such a tiny mod that I want to use it when I'm out. All my large mods are retired or for home use.

Used 24 & 26g so far. Will try a clapton in my Vertex.

The MutationX MT RTA has a similar air hole and juice channel. There's a youtube vid of it being used at 150W and wicking was able to keep up.

Thinking of getting a Aromamizer RDTA. I can place a single horizontal clapton coil in between the Velocity posts. Has good airflow. Has a huge 6ml tank as well!
I've tried the Aromamizer and I prefer it at higher watts. The single 18650 mods can't do it. Cricket would be perfect.

Lol! At the end of the day its just playing with toys. I'm perfectly fine using a Crius & D2 when I'm out.

If you guys are just new to coil building, I'd advice against buying the Noisy Cricket. It puts out a crazy amount of power. Put a 0.1ohm coil on it and it'll be firing at 700W.

Doesn't matter. Its unusable power. But its just to stress that its real easy to get in trouble with a mech mod that has batteries in series.
I'd be content to use it at 100W or less. I'm just taking baby steps with mine. With my current set up I'm just firing it at 50W.

Think I still see the DS mod on Lelong.
Its easy to build low. Much harder to build higher resistance if space is limited.
Whats addictive about a series mech is the instant vapor. No ramp up time.
Loads of power without having to lug around the brick sized RX200.

About USD18. But theres the long wait for delivery.
Nah. Almost impossible to use a Goblin on it. Deck is too small. Goblin doesn't have the airflow for high watts.

You don't need to use VTC3s for it. It doesn't draw very high amps. You're only drawing 17amps for your 0.5ohm build. I use Samsung 25R green in mine.
