the xbox support number unfortunately is unreachable from malaysia fixed line. SG 1-800 number should be just direct call according to telekom 101 help centre, but there's no way for 800 number. i tried adding +65 / 02 / +65-1 / 02-1, till cannot. tried calling directly to MS SG and they told me there is no other number except that and the number can only be reach from SG line.

i tried calling MS SG but they instead ask me to call the 800 number. after explaining i'm in malaysia they ask me to go at xbox website and fill the form, which might take ages before i can get a replacement. maybe coz mine is console problem thats why have to be handle directly by xbox team.

just now I called MS Malaysia at this number 1800886295. They said they can't connect the call to MS Singapore. I think by the time they figure out something to help me my warranty period will be over doh.gif .

Yes its the same old number 800 448 1330. Funny thing is Xbox Hong Kong support is reachable from Malaysia but not Singapore.

Update

Since Singapore support through phone isn't reachable, I called Australia support. They agreed to repair it for free(they will pay for shipping cost back and forth).

support phone: 1-800-555-741(toll free, you can use skype)

I am curious. I always thought if we bought the console out of the official release region, we don't get any warranty?

So according to the posts that I read here, my Asian 360 is covered by the 3 year warranty? And if my 360 gets PWN'd by the RROD *touch wood*, I can try to contact MS S'pore for a replacement? blink.gif

yes you can contact... but they wan a valid Singapore address and also HP..
so that they can call u back for the replacement... when it is ready...
I'm not sure that you can directly call them and give them your malaysian no or not...
but what hzwasy said i'm a bit doubts...
it is written in the book outside official release warranty consider void...
how did you get ur replacement... care to tell more...???
