I tried calling +65 800 4481 330, doesn't work. any other number? the xbox support number unfortunately is unreachable from malaysia fixed line. SG 1-800 number should be just direct call according to telekom 101 help centre, but there's no way for 800 number. i tried adding +65 / 02 / +65-1 / 02-1, till cannot. tried calling directly to MS SG and they told me there is no other number except that and the number can only be reach from SG line. QUOTE(dantwt @ Dec 13 2006, 11:26 AM) Thanks for the info...i called Microsoft Singapore and they are willing to replace mine for free... they didn't ask you to call the 800 number? how you going to take the power brick? they mail it to you? Since Singapore support through phone isn't reachable, I called Australia support. They agreed to repair it for free(they will pay for shipping cost back and forth).
support phone: 1-800-555-741(toll free, you can use skype)

I am curious. I always thought if we bought the console out of the official release region, we don't get any warranty? So according to the posts that I read here, my Asian 360 is covered by the 3 year warranty? And if my 360 gets PWN'd by the RROD *touch wood*, I can try to contact MS S'pore for a replacement?

I'm not sure that you can directly call them and give them your malaysian no or not... but what hzwasy said i'm a bit doubts... it is written in the book outside official release warranty consider void... how did you get ur replacement... care to tell more...???
