whoever lived in the landed house know this. the stair sitting right beside the main entrance is a very bad design.

what to expected for the price of 200k, double storey some more. For this price tag, I would say it is good already.

yeah... i din say it is bad... i think its quite decent.... for the price tag... i would say its more than enough... haha... in a nice township also which selling 600-700k per unit....

True, cannot expect much. This houses under rumah selangorku scheme and based on the sample house finishes looks good. Hopefully my row also they will do nicely ☺

Design wise, 18x60 with decent small house design, good enough as it is.

Did u go to the back kitchen area. I like that we have some spaces at the back all d way to the back gate.

Feng shui issue? If the staircase is in the middle of the house n facing dining area is also not a good Feng shui.. As long as it's not facing the main door then it's fine, generally.

Yes, we got some spaces at the back. I did capture the pic. But the actual measurement is not shown clearly. I should capture from the kitchen area instead of the back door side.

Nice already ma haha. for the price tag RM 200k i would not complain. Seems like we gonna have decent space at the back for renovation yay
