ok. thank you for your explanation.

i assume it is 2 way switch, the main wall plug switch should be located beside the tangki. i never climb out so not sure how it is install there.

the reason I asked is that for my previous home, the only switch to the pump was located on top of master bedroom next to the pump itself. you literally need ladder to open the cut ceiling, reach out to the pump and turn it on and off. there is no switch for pump.

unlike fish pond pump downstairs, yes they do have switch on the wall.
*
depend on how design is , i prefer current one, as i can cut if off anytime to save on the electric bill.

Cracks on the wall got nothing to do with how much you paid in subsale ...dont be so naive.

Check if the house is still under warranty and claim kau kau.
Know your right.

Oooooo.....more than 5 yrs meaning bought 7 yrs ago???
Still sold at lost???? True or not????

Need to differentiate whether they are hairline crack or structural crack. The latter means the house is sinking.
*
should be around or more than that, as his one is presint 1
developer will not responsible anymore as warranty only for 2 years.
anyway u did not know the current market is teribly bad? my condo stuck there for 3 years no taker in bandar puteri puchong

*

anyway i wont be die alone, if my unit sink, the whole row should be same issue cannot be my unit only

structural defects, warranty lifetime wan.....dun let the developer get away.

otherwise how you think the highland towers got compensated?

with such a bad cracks, wonder why the subsale buyer still bought it...…..???????????
damages like this only two reasons
1, the pilling system used was wrong, without taking into the account of condition of soil when built.
2. underground movement, either caused by underground water, or jusr soil movement.
am no expert. last time phase 2 of ecopark also faced the same issue.
*
the picture of crack is my house le, not his house
my is presint 3, which i move in last year july only now crack like tht

Ixora 1. move in since july 2017. Anyhow, Ixora 2, hermingway all share the same Main Con.
room wall , staircase, kitchen , and alot more. This is just part of the photo,
they claim tis is hairline crack only, no big issue, so they remove and plaster back,

is it possible for developer to build double storey link house without pilling system ? just concrete slab ? like when they claim soil there was strong enough to withstand the weight of house
*
haha not so sure, need check with expert, but i doubt so, unless they sell it at 200k or 300k.

no way lah…..the house wont stand til vped.

there are various piling systems, its all related to cost of pilling unfortunately.

developers will need to pick one system that is more cost efficient yet wouldnt affect the final outcome.

talk to your civil enginnering friends to find out more.
*
hahah if collapse , their name is gone
