i think travel distance problem. like i drive to MRT daily took me 45mins to 1 hour 15 mins, depend on traffic.
back time is worst especially tuesday and thursday cause having pasar malam at sungai buloh (jalan ks) oppoisite the kem paya jaras.

yes parking rate RM4.3 a day only.
MRT 100 per month unlimited trip.
if without unlimited everyday is RM 7

this few days good due to holiday around 25 mins only for me to reach mrt station

** Dont forget the traffic outside phileo is crazy jam

dont argue la, if you like BSC than you buy a unit, if you don't like just get lost. noneed argue. no point argue, just buy at the place you like .

if you think KLCC/Cyberjaya is better just go ahead with you choice.

yes, ppl buy it cause ppl feel it worth to invest for own stay. i doubt this area is good idea for investment for now, unless your pocket is deep enough, dont mind to keep it for 10-20years. maybe it worth doubled or triple of current price.
