i think there's 2-3 chinese food restaurant in BSC shoplot... but not sure they open til dinner time or not... otherwise u can drive 10 mins to Ijok for proper and cheap chinese foods... no food court around this area... Grandeur labs also have a chinese food restaurant... but overall this area... hunting for non halal food... requires some effort... lol

Thats bad...after so many years seems like the occupancy rate still low and not many makan shops..

Driving from BSC to which MRT Station that takes that duration? Sungai Buloh MRT?

Cost wise is it better? I work in Phileo Damansara. I thought of driving to MRT Sungai Buloh then train to MRT Phileo. But my friend said might as well take Latar, it costs the same and car is more comfortable and safer.

Mine is Phileo 2 next to Eastin Hotel. Ya true, car service, petrol plus parking. Just that when you mention 45 mins to 1 hour 15 mins from BSC to MRT Sungai Buloh, I am a bit pening. Then you are using the park n ride facility at MRT SB?

the road to mrt sg buloh from jalan k.selangor not in very bad condition ka bro... the last few times i drove thru there... i think my car suspension boleh hancur from it...

BSC clubhouse to be open for usage on 20th May, register before opening will get promo rate as per the flyer...
bad news is even though clubhouse subscriber also need to pay for badminton court rental...peak hour rm18/hour, non peak rm15/hour

if u compare to those fitness center, this clubhouse was almost 1/3 price of celebfitness...
i paid 297 + 30(one time reg fee) for 3months for 2pax, which around rm50/pax...but not sure if i can get tax relief for the fee i paid 

worth to mention, their pool feel warm even i went to swimming at early morning....and i notice pool water was masin one...not sure is salt water pool or ada byk orang kencing/sweat a lot and jump into pool XD

salt water pool using less chorine and just add normal salt, lower maintenance in longer run, but pumping machine cost more money.

I had salted water pool 10 yrs ago, nothing new already.

now we talk abt magnesium pool.

Beancounter we know you sifu. Like I said every development got pro n con. BSC is far and those who bought will have to sacrifice time spent on road. But it’s still a growing development with new facilities. Very big land size for the price of the properties here. Some people don’t care and some people love it. Cyber and puchong also got their own segment market. Peace bro
