So has the developer reserved an empty unit and use it as RA office now?

Do they have power to monitor renovation?
Do residents need to submit to them who are the contractors and what can be renovated or not?

under the previous FnG concept (prior to 2013 strata title act)...developer usually will sell one unit of landed to the JMB for rm1.00 for them to use as office.....bcos there will be full time staff to manage the housing estate.

I know BSC is not strata......

Deposit for 3phase electricty is more than 710rm.
I believe it is usually 1200rm.

ok...I guess the 3phase deposit different from links smd and bungalow.

When you guys received your newly vped home especially those vped this year or end of last year...did the electrity and water are available?

Or you need to wait for week (s) before these are available?

local council will need signatures of your immediate neigbours and rear facing neighbour approval also. if you can get hold of them now......go ahead.

dun need to be so kan cheong lah....after vp, rectification of defect items will take month if not months.

I did get my neigbours approval......difficult to track him down...but managed to.

if you don't have your immediate neigbours approval or your agent falsified their signatures...nanti later got problem if they strongly objected to your reno......
