Do they have power to monitor renovation?
Do residents need to submit to them who are the contractors and what can be renovated or not?

Deposit for 3phase electricty is more than 710rm.
I believe it is usually 1200rm. |

When you guys received your newly vped home especially those vped this year or end of last year...did the electrity and water are available? Or you need to wait for week (s) before these are available? |

Am not sure which one is which...
For non strata landed....fencing definitely cant be built before vp.... The guard house am not sure....maybe non permanent guard house is allowed.... |

I did get my neigbours approval......difficult to track him down...but managed to.
if you don't have your immediate neigbours approval or your agent falsified their signatures...nanti later got problem if they strongly objected to your reno...... unless your reno is foul-proof or standard de. |
