failed as a silicon valley doesn't mean cyberjaya fail everything...population in cyber catching up fast, traffic is getting busier...

The organizer want to promote cyberjaya so arrange her to stay in a 20years old hotel ? Perhaps arrange by the hotel itself...

300pounds is how much? around rm2000, 4 airport trips (rm40-50) cannot earn rm100 per day? and haven't mentioned sometimes they go further to Puchong/Seri Kembangan/KL

I simply count the currency rate close to 7, whatever it is la.....I find it really silly to argue 300 pounds salary...

nowadays equine park jam like hell, mex for equine park is like a double edge sword...crazily jam...1KM near by 16sierra or aeon equine can stuck there around half hour..

peak hour (weekday 8am-9am), within an hour can reach klcc, normally 45mins.

Actually the jam happen after salak selatan mex toll, irrespective where u come from. I manage to reach salak selatan mex in 20mins.

non peak hour lets say sunday afternoon, 30mins reach Pavillion.

yea....Zeva just VP and not fully occupaid yet....plus O2 (not even start building yet) with such a narrow road (no way to expand)....crazy...

to MV the best I did is 25mins, Sunday late afternoon.

Therefore I never found an issue to stay in Cyber, weekday I just wan a peaceful place to stay, in case I want to do grocery or watch movie just go to jaya grocer/TGV .... weekend I still can go KL/PJ for other entertainment.

low density is 1 point, another point is the layout itself already not student friendly, cyber got many condo unit are 3-4 rooms, rental around 2k++, MBTL condo are 2-3 rooms, with 2 rooms condo (1.8-2K rental), 1 student need to pay 1k for 1 room.

3-4 rooms condo unit offer cheaper rental for students (example, garden plaza 4 rooms condo, rental 2k++, each student only share avg rm500-600)

lastly location wise, away from all university.
