Can anyone tell me what is up with Cyberjaya, i just pass by through today to find potential investment, went through Cyberia crescent 1,2, smarthomes, the domain, ARC and a few apartments. 1 out of 3 are up for sales.

I have a terrace under construction at lamanview. Not sure will be able to rent out or not. Not planning to stay there in near term

If one has the opportunity to travel by hsr in China recently will find hsr stations are mostly outside city centre, there are many abandoned high rise near secondary cities hsr stations.

Doubt if hsr station is located at cbj could revive the overbuilt town.

my view the HSR is stll long way to go to have any immediate impact to any cities however the planning not only should take cost and profit into consideration but the connectivity. KLIA via ERL should have link to HSR so that passengers in the future can easily transferred to any of the cities (north and south) without the need to transit too many times.

I'm staying here for more than 5 years already, witnessed the changes and it just keep getting better. PH is an issue but u slowly see more Koreans/Japanese/indians/Caucasians families around here too. the number of police patrol cars have also increased to ensure the safety of this town.

the truth is that more and more locals and non-locals are willing to stay and build their family here.

Yes, cbj is the center of universal.

the jam usually starts at bkt jalil area however if you are heading to kL, you may use the opp lane which authority closed down just to smooth the traffic. If u hit mex hwy (putrajaya toll) n you can exit Jln tun razak (RHB) at 0720.
Yes cyber is far distance wise but less jam compare to other areas.
