QUOTE(icemanfx @ Jul 21 2016, 04:42 PM) If one has the opportunity to travel by hsr in China recently will find hsr stations are mostly outside city centre, there are many abandoned high rise near secondary cities hsr stations. To me, HSR is only a bonus, cyber don't need HSR to "revive", cyberjaya is growing everyday...it is positive up trend so far...since setia haruman sell cyber land to other developer...Doubt if hsr station is located at cbj could revive the overbuilt town. 2 MRT station is already confirmed...then that is good enough...and I don't wish my cyber property too closed to MRT. To me top priorities is getting the SRJKC done, more good quality international college....companies...lesser PH.. This post has been edited by Zres: Jul 21 2016, 04:56 PM |

QUOTE(gks @ Jul 21 2016, 05:16 PM) my view the HSR is stll long way to go to have any immediate impact to any cities however the planning not only should take cost and profit into consideration but the connectivity. KLIA via ERL should have link to HSR so that passengers in the future can easily transferred to any of the cities (north and south) without the need to transit too many times. couldn't agree more...it is good factor but it wont bring any immediate impact, and it is naïve to think cyber investor invest in cyber just bcos of this factor....HSR bring convenience, but this convenience itself will not make cyberjaya a good residential place for own stay. cyberjaya will grow as long as it remain clean & green, got better population profile...better road traffic planning (smart traffic light), lower crime rate (safe), these are all important factor to bring cyber to another level instead of only HSR This post has been edited by Zres: Jul 21 2016, 05:37 PM |

QUOTE(gu~wak_zhai @ Jul 22 2016, 01:32 PM) gotta love the debates here, cyberjaya thread is always happening! yes, many Korean move in to cyberjaya already, Korean school in cyber also start operating soon.u guys need to take the chill pill, every1 is entitled to their opinions. great to see everyone is willing to share their information. I'm staying here for more than 5 years already, witnessed the changes and it just keep getting better. PH is an issue but u slowly see more Koreans/Japanese/indians/Caucasians families around here too. the number of police patrol cars have also increased to ensure the safety of this town. the truth is that more and more locals and non-locals are willing to stay and build their family here. I can see more police patrol car in cyber nowadays, they always check PH car |

QUOTE(Soros007 @ Aug 5 2016, 02:58 PM) the jam usually starts at bkt jalil area however if you are heading to kL, you may use the opp lane which authority closed down just to smooth the traffic. If u hit mex hwy (putrajaya toll) n you can exit Jln tun razak (RHB) at 0720. cyberjaya to Jalan tun razak 30mins + 10mins (during peak hour, jam after salak selantan mex toll)Yes cyber is far distance wise but less jam compare to other areas. Seri Kembangan to Jalan tun Razak also 30mins + 30mins during peak hour, Because SK has become a conjested town (need to spend 20-30mins to go mex highway in the morning) This post has been edited by Zres: Aug 5 2016, 04:53 PM |
