buying prop in cyber is as dangerous or worse than going straight to vegas sands. thats the mesaage.
*

You will be surprise by the traffic, sometimes I even using a longer route at newly open bridge at SEG to avoid traffic at P.Multimedia. All development as desired.. very promising..

traffic build up on Persiaran Multimedia??   blink.gif

which part? lol
*
All along P.Multimedia..

Even SH SA above are saying verdi sales are doing great due to attractive package... I believe Verdi take up mostly for ownstay, because the price are far beyond investor hand.. so population will increase again once its complete..

Driving into SEG by newly open bridge is really nice view... like it soooo... much...frequently drive there just to enjoy the view....

Hahaha.. Articles from taxi driver as fact.. really cool article... and also 85k of cbj populations are as call operator and students... wakakka... funny article...
300 pound a mth.. hahaha.. i think the writer interview the "Construction Expat" there.. hahahha... i feel stupid reading the article.. wasting my time...

I really feel cyberjaya is better than Kuala lumpur.. will take over kuala lumpur in 10-15 years time... look at most of the shopping center in KL on weekend.. Mostly dead one.. Even Dpulze crowds can win any of the mall in KL... I think another 5 yrs KL will down in the drain...

Believe 85k population, 300 pounds salary, call center, etc were numbers given by cyberjaya promooter.

Jaguh kampung obviously believe his kampung is the greatest.
*
i thought its given by the taxi driver or the "construction expat".... you shld say jaguh township.. you use the wrong term dude.. if kampung is so advance.. then i believe you stay in kandang.. wuahaha..

" Ask government officials and developers, and Cyberjaya is a success, the heart of its knowledge-based economy: 85,000 people live there, they say, and dozens of multinationals have offices – and in a few years the train lines will reach out here, too"

You should read the article agàin.

The world is greater than the kampung.

20mins to reach KLCC? biggrin.gif why not say 10mins only. That's even better answer doh.gif
*
if you do it with 10 mins, then you can tell people you're only using 10 mins to klcc, I thought you going to be silent reader.. making me happy awhile, but you're not.. look like its easier to remove moutain than removing tcss.. sweat.gif sweat.gif sweat.gif

to arrive in mid valley, i took only 15-20 mins too..

yes. I wanted to be silent reader. but your reply really topkek.

until I broke my stand & reply to u  cool2.gif

Seriously I wonder how u managed to reach in 20min when other can only reach 30 to 45minutes. sometimes 1hour  hmm.gif
*
no need wonder... try yourself at SEG/MMU/Dpulze/(some ppl said most inner side cbj), i never tried myself from garden residence or shaftbury... people drive from 20-30mins still acceptable.. if ppl said 60 or 90 mins.. i think they r using LDP/SKVE/ELITE...
During peak hour i drive to kota damansara using ELITE, 7.00am from house, 7.30/5am reach kota damansara, and still have time to mamak drink teh tarik to resume my task at 8.00am... ( this was during the highway modification of 3 lanes to 4 lanes time)...

but i know talking to TCSS "elite" wont understand one lar.. only know how how how, what what what, when when when, you have to tell urself try try try, nothing is impossible..

CBD 3 open business or not oso dont care la..surely krik krik one like cbd1 and 2....setia haruman aka mkland projek always like this one
*
Why s.haruman n mkland project all like this leh? Is it they restrict their development occupancy to bumi only? Coz I see, mostly the shop open at their development are bumi... Non bumi shop like Sumo sushi close shop EDI, the very last day of this sushi shop I ask the boss, he told me the main problem is the owner wanna increase rental, so they decide to move to SG buloh or kepong or somewhere there..

peak hour (weekday 8am-9am), within an hour can reach klcc, normally 45mins.

Actually the jam happen after salak selatan mex toll, irrespective where u come from. I manage to reach salak selatan mex in 20mins.

non peak hour lets say sunday afternoon, 30mins reach Pavillion.
*
For me non peak hour I reach mid valley 15 mins, reach bangsar banana leaf nirwana in 25 mins..

At 5pm from menara shell back cbj in 20mins..

To pavilion driving slowly, reach within 20-30min.. KLCC average time 25 mins sure reach regardless jam or no jam..

i never took more than 40 mins to KL
