Wow, I am SO glad I didn't rush into my renovation last year! Just came across your post today and you've done many of the things I've been thinking of doing but I didn't have a clue how to do.... May I ask where the metal ceiling is and why you decided to go with metal? Also, the front of your house looks wonderful! So nice and clean, the lines. May I ask if you used an interior designer or architect? Hope you've settled into your very creative house now and that you and your family are enjoying it.

You mean the white metal ceiling ? That is the car porch area. I didn't hire any professional to do any of it but just a contractor that I trust and I plan everything out. Practically all is done by myself and my wife. The contractor just carry out the work and provide technical spec of the house build

Not hotter than usual. Is just same as any other car porch ceiling. Anyway the metal ceiling company is really not good. Is my contractor. I found him online. The work done was not good. I won't recommend. I will send you my contractor number
