Not sure how much as is bundle in with the extension cost. It's very good water proofing and is expensive I will say

Normal method of using sika, injection etc need to reapply after say 5yrs as it degraded.
Hope u can give feedback after few yrs.

For mine is using sika and some kind of oil cloth. They use blowtorch to burn it on the roof
