Car porch tiling completed. (Guocera 1 x 2 tiles) 
Interior floor tiles completed. (Niro 3 x 3 tiles).

The left side part (where the ladder is), what is it for? Do you plan to install skylight there? Also, your grey fencing, is it wood or metal? Looks nice.
