I called HLB CS today regarding reactivating my Money Box account. They say they have little information about the Money Box account and the best advice is that I go to the nearest branch to reactivate it. doh.gif vmad.gif

Anyway, I'm going to the mall this weekend so will just do it at Mach branch la. Sigh.

Yea I did mention that you did a IBFT and someone called you to confirm transfer of the funds and reactivated the account.

Nope. My transfer was rejected, money went back into my CIMB account and no one called at all.

When I go to their branch I'll see who I can complain to. Even my online enquiry more than 24 hours edi also no response whatsoever.

Nah. Too far away for me. Not worth my time. Not like I'm some big shot also haha. I'll just activate it at the Mach branch this weekend.

Yessss! My money box account finally reactivated. Needed to cash deposit in the money at the bank only it went thru.

Now I can place my FD. biggrin.gif
