Perhaps you like to elaborate more. You couldn't obtain bank loan?

first experience bought a lelong unit
loan approved a week after won the bid and unfortunately too many issues from previous buyer
never paid anything tnb,water,maintenance..etc ... i need to bear all the previous cost..
house name also didn't transferred from dev to 1st owner... asked direct name transfer and dev refused..
then need to bear 1st and 2nd mot as well snp .. right now still stuck here...
weirdly i need to bear the interest from previous buyer to the bank as well.. asked bank to waive refused .. no idea about this..
too many hidden cost here confused.gif confused.gif
not sure when this all will be settle?
maybe anyone could advise me bangwall.gif

Depending on which bank auction the unit. Outstanding maintenance fees, sinking fund, assessment tax, including late payment interest up is covered by the bank up until the auction date. Submit the receipt to your lawyer to claim back.

Utility bill is not covered. But for TNB you don’t have to pay the outstanding. Can changed name just like that.

Double transfer is very common now. Title issued but perfection not done. Depends on developer. But Mah Sing is well known disallowed direct transfer. This can be check before hand by contacting the developer before bidding. And other info too such as bumi lot or whether got outstanding progressive interest not paid by the ex owner bank (not fully disburse).

After the 90/120 days. You will be charged late payment interest. For double transfer cases, it is not likely you can settle within the provided timeframe unless you are cash buyer.

Good luck in your process.

thanks, yup thinking next year only all of this would be settle then..
so it is not easy actual process like what people said buy lelong unit ...
it is cheaper but then you need to standby a lot of cash and lucky i'm prepared for this.
