first time using ios..

let it update then just wait till it finish download and install then will be ok?
few days already , keep remind me to update but i havent done it

no bs with the OS. solid as hell and user-frenly.

time spent playing arnd with apps....as it shud be.

Using 6s almost one month. First time ios.

All smooth, but one thing i miss is the file transfer in android.

Planning to get ip6s soon, renew my digi contract.. currently still using my iphone 5 for 3 years still working fine only battery crazy after update ios 9

How's ip6s battery life for non-gaming?

Wasn't that great...especially when doing heavy browsing...go for plus version if you want a better battery performance...

iOS 9.3 is shit. Don't upgrade it. I'm having an error when tapping on links in Safari.

Yesterday just happen

my ip6s blank and the touch id is hot, i can't use my phone
i try charge it and try press power and home button together but it does't work
so i desperate need to use my phone

i go to klcc machine, damn so long que 22 person in front of me and almost 2 hour waiting
but it solve within 15 minutes

at moment the service representative take a look, she just plug in the cable and saw the charging indicator
she say maybe the battery just finish at the moment i wait for my turn
and this was software issue

she advise to backup at home and restore back my phone,
and if happen again, need to go send again to them

hopefully not happen again

im planning buy ip6s, will it too late or i wait for ip7??? but the other side samsung so tempting with the camera..hahaha

ip7 wont come out till sept.

I have both Apple and Samsung's flagship phones. Insofar as the camera is concerned, for normal users, I would say both are just as good. So, you have to consider other factors before investing in another phone.

For good order, I would like to say this.....Obviously, there is no perfect phone. Heck, there is no perfect anything.

When people post here, naturally, it would be more negatives than positives. Not too many will post compliments. On top of that, those in the former category are not large in numbers in relationship to the ownerships of the phone. Therefore, the analogy is that anyone wants to update the firmware of the phone should not be influenced by the negative posts here. If you happen to encounter problems after that, then you are in the minority and luck is not on your side.

I don't agree. If there are lotsa users complaining of issues then its not a minority or isolated cases.
Apple as mentioned is already aware of the issue and is working on a fix so the smart way to go is to wait for it.
Ios 9.3 is nothing ground breaking so if you are happy with the previous/current ios (ie9.2.1) then there's no urgency to upgrade and risk having encountering a brick or unstable device

Just my 2 cents

although this is my first iPhone, 6s, i feel iOS lose his mojo, reputation of very stable update after update, model after model.

hardware wise, battery super good.

Perhaps I should have qualified or expounded more. I was more referring to the forum here vis-a-vis when complaints were made on a particular issue. Then again, when the manufacturer/supplier/vendor, if you will, acknowledges that there is a problem, say for example, a certain defective car part, then yes, the issue is a major one. Not when certain individuals encountering problems and sulk about it in a forum does it mean it is a problem per se.

As for iOS 9.3, the problem affects the older versions of iDevices, not the newer iterations which Apple has acknowledged and set right, as we speak(type). So, for a lot of us having the latest iOS gadgets, I believe there aren't too many problems or none at all. That, in a nutshell was my contention.

A caveat here, I am not one of the iFags as some of you coined here. I am never brand loyal. I own Android, iOS and even Windows gadgets. I am just pragmatic in my approach to matters like this.

But alas, the gadgets in your hands are yours and therefore it is your prerogative to do what you want with them. We all here post what we feel and hopefully for some people, serious consideration but definitely just light reading for no smaller groups.

I agree with you to a certain extent. Since the demise of Steve Jobs, they have not given us, the consumers, much to shout about.
