If I have read this, I wont have ordered something from Gemfive!
I made an order on 29/12/16 early morning (12am+), but havent received my item until today and the status is still "acknowledged".
In the mean time, I ordered the same item at lazada in the afternoon of 29/12/16, but received the item on 31/12/16 morning!
If the customer service team don't response to me or it take long time for refund, can't I just call to my credit card centre and raised a dispute for that?
