i bought a pressure cooker from them last month, end up no update until 6th working day. I initiated a credit card dispute with bank, they refunded me within 2 days.

After checking for any cancellation options, i saw no buttons for cancellation except u have to email them.
And also in the cancellation T & C, u can read they will charge u rm10 or 2% of ur deals for cancellation process....ohhhh my ass...

End up i told merchant i will wait for restock & email gemfive customer service on gemfive lousy system.

I doubt they will get into it anyway.

why don't you just request for chargeback from credit card? Or paypal dispute
