best case scenario- they ban the 360 based on its S/N
worst case scenario- they brick the 360 and powersurge the psWii sitting besides it

well, DOAX2 bundle dont include xtra controller cos its not needed no playing cards /posters/gashapons in the bundle though

If it's the same as Xbox 1. It will ban the "I.D" that is save inside your xb360 eeprom chip.

Actually i think your gamertag will be safe. It's just your xbox. They ban the ID that is written inside your EEPROM chip. Unless you cheat in multiplayer game, they will ban your gamertag.

Yup..it's Microsoft...they can do whatever they want to. 4 years of well-develop xbox-modding scene and here's what the homebrew elite has to say : Stop trying to figure out how Microsoft ban your xbox.

Now i just don't see the point to mod your xbox. There is practically no proper homebrew application that is worth checking out. You mod your machine just to scare yourself shitless everyday you turn on your xb360, hoping microsoft don't ban you. What's the point? Why not enjoy your legitimate xbox games to the fullest now, and if the homebrew scene ever gets into serious business, then only you buy another xb360 core system to mod? By that time xb360 will be dirt cheap too! Besides, we got no expandable hdd yet...mod your 360 for what?!?!?

When the homebrew scene is alive & kicking. I will sorta evaluate the rules & regulation here. (what?!? There is a guideline here?!?! )

My advice is : 1 virgin premium xb360 + 1 modded core xb360 (in the near future) = best bundle.

Modded here. But will be getting another Unmodded soon.
A little regret having my unit modded. Yes, I get to play many more
games without having to worry about cost of games. But when that
happens, the games will just be there and not being appreciated or
played. Cuz when the games are so cheap, u tend to just pop it in and
then watch the intro and put it back into the plastic cover.

That put the fun out of gaming. I strongly supported modded machines
for PS2 as there were no Online Gaming as what we have with XboxLive
now. To have an modded Xbox360 and not able to get on Live is like
having a PC with no internet connection. After awhile, you will just
get bored and have a nice looking console collecting dust.

I will be getting the PS3 and Wii soon, definitely will not get them
modded. Ever. So, if we have more people like DjiNn - who would
allow customers to try out the games first before purchase, it would
really do the game purchasing less frustrating and disappointing.
Games like Gears Of War are too good not to have XboxLive with.

Hello everyone. I'm new to this forum but been reading this site for awhile. Just bought my xbox 360 limited edition with DOA4 (unmodded). All I can say is that xbox 360 rocks!!! Been playing GOW for 3 hours now. Gameplay & graphic is superb!!! Can't wait to play LIVE. cheers!

i totally support ori games and music. but to support the ori dvd movies is a bit hard for me. except if htey make all the movies into nice box-set so that ppl can display it.. hehehe....
