Mine is leaking as well, but not to be worry about. Just a tiny drip, once or more in weeks time according to my observation.

Original proton spare parts?
I got a quote of RM 7xx from Proton service centre too  sweat.gif

I saw this at mudah and was wondering whether want to go for it.

Btw was wondering if it is safe to change tyre from 195/60/R15 to -> 195/55/R15.
The tyre shop said is okay but I use tyre size calculate the difference will -3.x%, which is over the recommended sizing change.

And if change will also need to pump different tyre pressure right?
It should be different pressure from what is written at the door panel  hmm.gif

I am using the same size at 195/55/15 and it is feel good, I don't feel like rolling the ass on the fat balloon. Nice looking too. Tyre pressure still the same at between 210 and 220.

the common problem with my persona
-iafm taktak (not so obvious)
-aircond control panel
-rear boot jammed
-slight engine oil leaking (my mechanic already acknowledge this, to be fix real soon)
-my doors sensor wiring is down, no door lamp, no door lamp at the dashboard, thus making my alarm not alerted to door opening.

Fixed my fan knob control unit for my aircond. Save few hundred ringgit if send out asking pomen to service or replace the unit. The culprit was the 3 pins connector, located below the knob. One of the pins slightly bent upward and at some point unable to touch on the connector plate on the board. Realigned all the pins, clean the surface from the dirt, make sure all the 3 pins touching the connector plate and everything good to go.

yup, for minor work can la a bit.

Now, the only annoying thing is my central locking. Unlock, few seconds locked automatically making the alarm triggering especially during the door still in open position. Sent to shops, all asking me to change the whole locking unit.

a bit different from mine. I am worried this autolock problem when I left the keys inside. Need to bring the spare key all the time.

mine is while ignition is on...
normally the knob will auto lock when handbrake is disengage and brake is pressed...
then it will go auto unlock automatically...
then lock and unlock lock unlock for the entire journey...
feels very annoying...
no time to troubleshoot also...
just can hear got relay sound at dashboard area... tik tok tik tok...
*
pheww... lock unlock lock unlock along the trip is annoying. The best is disengage the fuse to disable the central lock. The bad, have to manually lock all the doors each time exiting the car.

either alternator not charging or there's parasitic current leak, usually they will use test light pen or multimeter to check and narrow out which part causing that..
*
I am assuming my alternator is fine, the voltage reader show that the power is around 12.5v during stall and 14+ during start up the engine. Now my car cannot start, if can sure can go direct to the workshop. Thanks.

alignment of the car seems fine as the tyres wear quite evenly and the steering don't vibrate much as high speed, it is just that the steering is skewed to the left and not straight.

anyone knows what noise is this?

it is coming from the driver side of the engine (nearby to the alternator), went for a quick check at nearby workshop and they suspect it is some pulley/ bearing that is worn out.

sounds like the IAFM to me.
