1 thing about gearbox and engine: if you use the not-compliant fluid/oil, it won't show instant bad effect, it's not like human showing instant diarrhea effect if ate bad food. things might be some effect after few years or several thousands of km. by the time your gearbox kaput, you also uncertain "if i use correct atf, will it lasts longer?" maybe it will lasts a few months more but eventually breakdown due to wear and tear, we can't tell...
of coz not to say pouring atf into engine and no trouble.

By the way, my persona elegance M-Line Manual Year 2011 so far just reach 55K mileage.

Only drive on Weekend or Holiday. So far the problem i still facing beside the air cond controller , air cond temperature gonna turn till max only feel cold (not like last time, temperature 50% already freezing) and the headache one.... rear boot not able to open using Key.. it was jammed even after WD40.....
Oh ya , one more is the disc brake (not sure because i rarely use the car or what) it was noisy even my brake pad still got 50 to 60% (stock pad) .....
squeee sharp sound  non stop especially slow brake.
The Rocker Cover Gasket leaks is common issue, fixed with RM90 include labour.

Recently happen issue is
1) Driver side door cable issue when slam the door, it lock itself  - Fixed by unplug and replug the door lock cable connector
2) Rear door cannot open from outside even fully pull up - Fixed by adjust the internal parts (not the child lock)
3) AirCond Belt cracked, funny, the less you drive, the more fast it spoil , i got one myvi drive up to 130k still the original belt without any crack and still good condition but persona's belt crack with just 50K mileage.
4) Front Engine Bonnet (the puller plastic support was broken) yet change, but still can use, leave it....
5) Got once, the speedometer background light sudden off , off engine  then on back, it back to normal.

Guys , what ois the cost of changing the gear fluid for persona ? Is it advisable to use other brand fluid other than proton original fluid ? I know a lot of workshop doesnt provide original fluid , but suggest us to take another brand instead . And also what type of spark plug is suitable for persona ?> Normal nickle ? Or iridium ?

Meaning every 80k u will change the waterpump ? How long will the original stock proton water pump last?

You might need to check with mudguard shop for such leak.
Most likely is the wire inside rubber tubing that connect bonnet lid to car body break. Should be cheap fix in accessory shop.

Sounds like kind of complicated. How actuator damage affect light in boot? They're connected together?

I bought in 2016 second hand persona with 400k km+ mileage. For the past two years I've racked up nearly 50K km mileage. But the auto gearbox still going strong, no problems whatsoever.
