not really worry of them reporting me, i can even counter report they provide fake infomation.

i have cctv on my office 24 hour for the day and i they can always come to view it. i know it's to guard my back , but yeah, will consider that as a last resort.

thank you for advicing! smile.gif

i am praying for you  rclxms.gif

the other time i bought stuff from UK

they delivered to an address 3 floors higher than mine.
I had to request for deliver info and somehow manage to get the "unit" number and went up knock door.
the assh*le above is also a greedy piece of cr*p.

saw my unit number and didn't return me. so much for being neighbours.
he opened the parcel and used my products somemore. cheapo

by far Fedex is the most reliable shipping service i used.. if next time shipping have a choice try use fedex for expensive item
never once they miss shipping or misdeliver.

well, it wasnt me who choose the courier, and my office building is only belongs to me, therefore, it's easier for me to check the cctv.

just hope that the courier be responsible for their mishandling of my package.

Hi everyone.

My fast is finally coming to an end, and Ninja Van will claim full responsibility for the lost of my parcel.

They will proceed to get the invoice from Lazada and make the refund to me.

Will update you all once I manage to get the refund.

It has been a long investigation, but at least it's solved now. Phew.

Thank you everyone for the help and support. notworthy.gif notworthy.gif
