yea. i agree. but a good fixed blade would make a good benchmark on how good a knife should be. at a lower cost.
(considering u kena fake gerber and plan to acquire a ganzo, no offense but its hit n miss. u get what u pay)

the handling the sharpness.
it helps to make better choice when u r out shopping for new knife. icon_rolleyes.gif

hey my fake gerber is not even a knife

and it's just 20 ringgit

i dunno a fixed blade just does not appeal to me

i bought my knives to be carry and if i dont carry them it seems like a waste

im not an outdoor person so i really dont have any use for a fixed blade

besides i prefer a smaller less aggressive looking knife like a kershaw chive

wish i could find one locally

why dont u go buy one and try?
definitely sharp...got 1 time i accidentally cut myself and didnt notice until i saw little blood coming out tongue.gif

anyway, if i go back and get another sanrenmu...most likely will be the 7010 or more likely 7056.
a simple classic looking one, just too bad it doesnt have a lockback which i prefer.

Got the Sanrenmu 7007 instead of Gerber LST. Really satisfied with the quality.
And it's really sharp out of the box too.

ok i think im gonna go back sometime this week and get the sanrenmu 7056.
some call it the kershaw cryo copy...but i guess its just designed differently enough.
basically the lockbar stabilizer on it interests me tongue.gif

oh ya, the sanrenmu blades out of the box is sharp enough to shave with...

Its a CRKT GSD. The Fisher Space pen is available with a clip too if you like. I just prefer the minimalist look of not having it. And due to its size just slip it in your pocket, you wont even realise it there. smile.gif
