Oooh, I was looking at exactly this knife a few weeks back. So I won't worry about scratching my phone or my leather card case.

How is it? Review sikit.

it's a china made knife

not that sharp out of the box

very grippy as you would expect from a rubberized handle

quite light

no clip though so you just have to dump it into your pocket

how much the price the one that you saw?

It looks like it uses ball bearings instead of washers at the pivot. It should be very smooth and easy to flick open with one hand using the thumbstud.

After reading properly, "blade retracting without even pushing the unlocking lever" <- when opened all the way or just half way?

When opened all the way and hearing it lock, the blade must not retract without engaging the liner lock.

QUOTE(tescogot @ Apr 3 2016, 02:00 PM)
i think he meant the blade will deploy even with the slightest of touch
*
QUOTE(Everdying @ Apr 3 2016, 02:02 PM)
retract la, he said blade lock is loose.
so one day the knife will probably cut away one of his fingers.
*
Actually the blade is not fully locked to its position..my bad.. tongue.gif
Need to push it a bit harder then only it will lock

QUOTE(onetwothree456 @ Apr 3 2016, 08:03 PM)
not everyday wear dress skirt le tongue.gif

the environment im in is must wear pants one.. jeans or quick dry pants
i guess u r right also haha
gerber expensive to appeal rich scout boys tongue.gif

below rm100 folder u can get from thomastool.com.my
they have reputable brands, but of lower end series too.

but i get u. dont think much first buy first later only got mood to learn more biggrin.gif

uh oh

even knife experts dont recommend folder for very heavy use because no lock quite very sturdy as fixed blade, this one really dangerous le.
strictly for apple peeling then. cut guava also cannot sweat.gif

Haven't shopped around for best price since not decided on which knife(or multitool) to get. I saw it on Amazon USD18.99.

Now I remember why I was hesitant; 1st review on Amazon, 4 stars because sometimes it can get sticky in the hot Texas weather. Not sure how it will fare in our heat.

paraframe mini is small no doubt about that

when closed it was only 3 inches and the blade is only 2 inches

but it was currently my favorite edc knife

here is the size comparison paraframe mini with my gdc skin tech

the ganzo's i tried abit too big for me for edc.
there were 2 ganzo's i saw in pics quite nice with axis locks... but one the blade almost 4"...and another no belt clip.
another ganzo cheapo i tried rm35 only with spring assist opening...very nice but again too big for edc.
sanrenmu also got one with axis lock that's nice... but that one kiv for later.
also got the higher end sanrenmu called realsteel there... priced similar to the spyderco budget byrd line.
