If you browse directd website with mi4i really lagging until dunno how to said, to compare using Redmi note 3 would be same happen?

i just tested with my RN3 no lag. Can feel some very very minor lag when I scroll up and down really fast

now considering RN2 with Lenovo A7000 plus ... dunno how to choose . A7000 plus not using latest helio MTK..., but got dolby atmos ... LOL.... other than that , all about the same ...

I didn't check at first. after installed waze, yahoo weather, asphalt 8 (LOL), wechat, whatsapp, one note with all my work related stuff synced still got healthy 25GB left

edit: no mircroSD yep and I don't think there is a release outside china from what I heard

16 or 32gb?

No not really troll by Xiaomi as they got no plan or probably won't launch Redmi Note 3 here.
If they do, they might just do like what they did with Mi4. For clearing old stock.

RN3 build is solid, I'd go for that.
