what i did is lazy ppl job, root and use root explorer to change to build.prop to 7.00.11.00 to 7.0.11.0 and violla... after reboot ota available..

and remember to install gapp ya

No not really troll by Xiaomi as they got no plan or probably won't launch Redmi Note 3 here.
If they do, they might just do like what they did with Mi4. For clearing old stock.

RN3 build is solid, I'd go for that.

Yeah, even tho it's Note 2 legacy, yet lots have changed. As I see Note 3 is same family as mi3, mi5, mi note, mi note pro.. which is.. good.
