What is your view comparing this rumahwip vs One Maxim?

10 years lock in period

Htc nearby - it's balloting or choosing by buyers? No matter how, I would not take it if I get htc view. I'll get loan rejection letter and ask for fully refund...

10 yrs lock in - actually is 4 yrs construction + 6 of vp.

Density wise = 35x units/block? It's acceptable imo. But how about lift? Any particular lift for high floor (like private condo?) If not, high floors tenants gonna wait very long especially peak hours.

Abt 1 maxim,
For 300k budget - cheapest unit is 650sf with 2 rooms, about 32xk (after rebates) or above depending on facing/floors. I like this unit very much as both rooms are larger than 819sf (3 rooms type).

For financial wise - dp is 3% of spa price, it's vary from 10-13k only...bro if u take skyawani, pls try highest % of loan as u can. Worry abt interest? Get semi flexi loan. Extra money on hands can "attack or defense" depends on your personal financial situation.

Rica sentul (nearby jalan ipoh)? Price/sf is around 580?

Go pick 1 unit lo, if you got low floors/facing htc then hand them 2 loan rejection letters ask for full refund. Fight for your right, don't let those shark taken ur 1.5k...

Sentul point very high density, please refer to oug pl. But uoa is a much much better developer than akisama imho.

1. 934 sf price ranging from RM658k to RM686k
2. 859 sf price ranging from RM600k to RM625k
3, 906 sf price ranging from RM633k to RM659k
4. 703 sf price ranging from RM493k to RM561k

nearby mrt like rica lo, 6xx/sf though.

how's the crowd today?

purposely visit at 1AM yesterday but nobody queueing up yet. only got staff over there waiting with empty chairs cater for a big crowd.

anyway one thing surprisingly stated is for Group B: Walk In Purchaser. I thought this project is fully RUMAHWIP but still can open for sale???
