Macam Mana 800ft also consider Sibeh small just Gam Gam for 3 bed 2 bath condo. 720ft lagi short 80ft, 2 bed room I believe la. After discount 360k really cheap le. How many units selling 360k? Just one? Lower floor facing bilik sampah? Hahaha. Don tipu la.

300k with full condo facilities for own stay.........if layak...kasi sapu woo.......

Depending finishes quality, gov Kuarters for pegawai around RM250 +-PSF
Low cost housing construction cost only RM100. For example rumah banjir size 700ft is RM70000. Just imagine the diff of the finishes quality

My status for this project has been changed to layak diundi. Anyone?? But it's my 4th choice :| no email though
