Last year you had posted a unit for RM 270K auction.
I abit curious, in case of Auction, the new buyer need to apply through KWP and whether they hv restriction can't sell within 10 years?

ANd i saw your posting of low water pressure of Sky Awani, do other skyt awani I, III or IV has similar issue?
I think this relate to the water pump or break tank...
Usually a hise rise condo should have powerful pump in the breaktank to pump the water to the top floor tank.

If the pump not powerful, the water pressure will be low and slow.
If all unit use water at the same time, the water pressure is more weaker....

Yes restriction in selling still apply. Can only start selling when your neighbour (I mean other normal rumahwip purchaser) start to sell the unit.

Application to the authority is just a formality process for lelong cases. Same like low cost unit. Only bumi lot restriction will apply if the unit is bumi lot.

Just one more question of example below:
-Signed SNP on 2017 by Mr. A
-VP on 2020, so by 2027, Mr. A can sell it in free market
-However, during halfway, Mr. A can't repay the loan and bank lelong it on 2022.
-Ms B take the unit in 2022..
-So restriction apply to sell Ms. B is till 2027? or 2022+10 = 2030?
i think so far no clear policy....

So, this teach a lesson.
In case developer or MO didn't response.
Then the owners called for press and made the thing hangat... 2 days settle, rather than wait 2 years...
