Sometimes Original Jersey just waste their time with the hangers.

I will not go for original jersey unless it's Liverpool or Argentina. rclxm9.gif

Can't see any shops selling Bremen in KL, or even Singapore for that matter! Looks like your best bet would be from the internet...

now this is quite interesting actually, as I too cannot confirm if the actual player jerseys uses transfer (aka sticker) or the flock (cotton). maybe schmeichel7 can help? nod.gif

anyway, from my experience all shops in KL/Singapore sells the flock ones, be it for replica or player-sized. however, in the UK, some shops sell the transfers for replica and/or player-sized. maybe it's the weather, etc, dunno lah. but from what i can see in live games, looks like flock to me.

It's not sticker, it's made out of a material called felt... Feels like velvet. Below the items, they use rough sand glue.. This sand glue is unique, when cold it is rough like sand... If you want info, visit the company that produces it... Lextra under Chris Kay:

http://www.chriskay.com/

Only one season, in 2000-2001 season where they used plastic type of name numbers. This you can see for yourself if you surf in ebay and look for match worn jerseys in that season.

Of course u can.. If you want the replica size ones, go to al-ikhsan or real one zone. If you want the player size ones, slightly bigger than the replicas.. it's a bit tough because it's not sold here in Malaysia. Can order from Singapore or UK.

eh i believe that you are referring to FLOCK as FELT. as for sticker, i know what glove20 meant cos when i purchased some shirts from the UK, it was all done in transfers (i.e. sticker similar to other teams' NN). so my next question is, which shop is this that sold you the sticker NN? very curious as to what they actually sell, as i haven't come across any EPL sticker NN in KL...ori ones i meant.

so schmeichel7, this means that PS now uses the FLOCK/FELT?

Yes, player size names and numbers uses the flock/felt like the ones sold at al-ikhsan. Manufactured by lextra @ chris kay.

Dude.. I don't know what you mean stickers.

Players and even those sold in al-ikhsan or real one zone are materials made by lextra. Lextra is from a company called Chris Kay. Have you visited their website? See for yourself how the items look like.

Basically their product is categorized into 6 technologies:

Lextra(R) Microfibre
Lextra(R) 3D
ArtFlock
ArtWeld
Art-Tex
ArtCut PVC Free

Lextra(R) 3D is the technology used to make the EPL names and numberings and also the EPL badge and UEFA champions league badge. Even the 2006 world cup badge and euro 2004 badges were made by Chris Kay using this method. That's why if you buy the EPL names from Al-Ikhsan, on the thick plastic film cover of the letters are written 'Lextra 3D'. Here is sample of product:

ArtFlock and ArtWeld are used to make the sponsors logo on the front jerseys, such as AIG on Man United's jersey, SAMSUNG MOBILE on Chelsea's jerseys. Here is sample of their products:

Even the sizings info on the back of the jersey is printed by Chris Kay. It is made by using Art-Tex technology. Here is sample:

And the names numberings for Man Utd, Chelsea, Liverpool in Champions League and also for England, Real Madrid and Italy National jerseys are made using ArtCut PVC Free technology:

Visit Chris Kay's website for more info:

http://www.chriskay.com/lextra.html
http://www.chriskay.com/lextra3d.html
http://www.chriskay.com/artflock.html
http://www.chriskay.com/artweld.html
http://www.chriskay.com/arttex.html
http://www.chriskay.com/artpvc.html

So, answering on your question.. What kind of name numbering do u mean? EPL? Then it should be using felt or flock like the Lextra 3D design. If it's champions league then it should be thin printing like the artpvc design.

This is why Grade AAA or fake jerseys still can't beat the ori ones.. Thanks to Chris Kay

It shouldn't be hard plastic but soft velvet type... Hard to describe, if got time, go to al-ikhsan or real one zone store at BB plaza and see for yourself how it looks like.
