With all the early bird rebates, at 6th floor, 1122sf, still need RM600psf.

I couldn't make it to the launching for personal reasons but the unit selected was gone. Really that attractive? Told the agent if somehow the unit was to release due to loan rejection, let me know. But still having doubt in this economy, having a long term commitment and location which has never been tested yet, is it a good buy. This is a million dollar question, I think.

Kepong, selayang areas full of chinese and most of them is well aware what is desa park city. Hey! Lake city is located at very strategic location, it is very convenient for you to go KL, Genting, very fast to access a few major highways. If you staying around that areas, you should understand what i mean.

Furthermore lake city is selling to public not selling to lynforumer only.

I wont feel surprised is the take out response is good.

Slow Internet is a fact tat v hardly can match singa. When the Internet speed fails to beat others, the prop price stil hav a long way to catch up. Long way can b defined as buffer.

The important thgs r where when which. Buy the korek unit at korek loc with korek price. Vely similar to some stock skl tokok show. Change a bit there is another upgraded version of tokok show.

Those seasoned property investors have abstained from high rise residence in last few years. They are not qualified for low entry cost and don't want to compete with wannabe. True?
