I heard the same whereby they gonna renew it to be 94 years, but not so sure for Lakeville though both resides on same parcel/plot.

Finally, I decided to drop my buying decision for this project.

There is already confirmed plan to build new incinerator within 2km. Just beside the Taman Metropiltan (aka Layang-Layang Park) or beside the petrol kios.

if draw strait line actually only 600m radius from PPA1M and about 2km from Lakeville, yes if you drive out Jalan ipoh turn up mrr2 is about 4km
but pollution go strait line.

even the incinerator success oppose and drop like Bukit payong incinerator that place also not a nice place to stay
the waste transfer station is terrible managed by alam flora

the incinerators is nearer to the left side of those residential area! really need more awareness now!

I'm not the lead for incinerators but I was informed by those NGO people, I'm purely buyer and only interested whether this is good buy for my kids stay.

Anyway, It's not really secretive for now as it is sort of approved. Just pending to start works and in tender stage. 3 companies is awaiting the final awards.

That's the reason developer and agents didn't deny it as they know they can't deny it.

i bought this place as it is damn near to my family home, so we cant do anything now?

Beebee, it's for own stay? I think just close one eye and accept it since already bought. Hope for the best and one day we will accept it, just like those telco towers / HTC.
*
the toxic fumes should be more deadly then the HTC, yes it is for own stay as the current family home is getting packed.

there will be thousands of homes affected by this!

He's agent for developer. Haha.

But I'm interested to know the cons as well, just in case we miss any.
*
definitely high density is the main con and not so walking distance(800m or more) to the future MRT station.

Will need confirmation on the funds to lake and mrt also. We don't want to hold a timing bomb in high maintenance fees after developer surrender it back to JMB and manage by residents.
*
the lake does not belong to MS, it will falls under the local council, the shuttle should be borne by the maintenance fee

Then I would say MRT is good but shuttle is for public and costs borne by residents. Not too bad as residents don't fund the park / lake. Better get dev to zerolize the accounts when surrender to JMB. Make sure no advance capex / debts.
*
points taken, i dont think shuttle will be used by public, should be for usage of residence?

will check on the JMB after the handover in 2 years? tongue.gif

As far I inquiry @ sales office, their staffs told me is for public.

Hence the initial question was who funds the bus. Government , mah sing, or residents.

if for public as well, i dont think should be borne by the residence!

hopefully will be provided by MRT/Prasarana!
