There is already confirmed plan to build new incinerator within 2km. Just beside the Taman Metropiltan (aka Layang-Layang Park) or beside the petrol kios.

if draw strait line actually only 600m radius from PPA1M and about 2km from Lakeville, yes if you drive out Jalan ipoh turn up mrr2 is about 4km
but pollution go strait line.

even the incinerator success oppose and drop like Bukit payong incinerator that place also not a nice place to stay
the waste transfer station is terrible managed by alam flora

I'm not the lead for incinerators but I was informed by those NGO people, I'm purely buyer and only interested whether this is good buy for my kids stay.

Anyway, It's not really secretive for now as it is sort of approved. Just pending to start works and in tender stage. 3 companies is awaiting the final awards.

too high psf after i do calculation . and after that period , alot project came out . that's why i choose others instead this .

i withdrawn it not about incinerator . just purely about too high psf that's why i take my chips back .

Will need confirmation on the funds to lake and mrt also. We don't want to hold a timing bomb in high maintenance fees after developer surrender it back to JMB and manage by residents.

Then I would say MRT is good but shuttle is for public and costs borne by residents. Not too bad as residents don't fund the park / lake. Better get dev to zerolize the accounts when surrender to JMB. Make sure no advance capex / debts.
