13XX is the largest unit with big balcony and maid room, if KLCC view is good to go i guess.

the location is good enough as it is outside of Jalan Kepong, just Jln Kuching traffic to get into town and with MRT2 coming up, good access i would say

major concern on the car park for the 300k units, 1 cp, can imagine the roadside parking soon
