Hi,

I read your response. I would like to know more of your experience with regards to this place. I have recently booked a unit in tower F. Unfortunately, only after booking the unit, I have heard negative reviews about the location (such as being a gangster area). Is it safe ?

I am aware that MRT coming is up in 2 years , so that should ease the traffic a bit. Also value should go up marginally once it is functioning.

Any kind of feedback from you, would really help me to decide whether I cancel my booking or should I proceed with the loan application.

Your response will be highly helpful.

If you've done your homework, stand by it. You are the one staying there and you decided due to your own reasons. Only 1 out of 10 in this forum is a buyer, the rest will only confuse you. If you have a Tower F lake view, better to swap with Tower D, C or E in order of preference.

You will be facing all the Lakecity condos. Their showroom will be their last parcel and part of your views will be blocked.

If cancellation could add $150 psf; does it mean if incinerator project is reinstated, could reduced by $150 psf also?

Yes for the bigger size unit. I think will need another round to attract interested buyer.
But for the 438k unit, I guess is already at cheap enough pricing. Really hard to believe if nobody takes that unit this round.

Maybe the owner removed the aircons, washing machine, fridge & microwave?

next year april or may

other info i got is, 5 feet corridor (not sure about finishing), unit ceilingwith 9 feet tall, living room i think 7 feet extra small

According to the S&P, the combined width of Master Bedroom, Bedroom 2 & Living area is 8,400mm. Or about 28ft. They did not specify in details the width of each areas, but I would think Master & Living will be 10ft each, leaving 8 ft for Bedroom 2.

The diagram in S&P shows windows of 2 panels for Master & Bedroom 2 and 3 panels for Living area. My guess is each panel is abt 2ft wide. So I don't think Living room is 7 ft wide.
