This MRT2 has a stop at the now scrapped HSR interchange at Bandar Malaysia. If I'm not wrong, it was also supposed to integrate with ERL to KLIA at the same interchange, which may or may not still happen.

But die die want to go down to SIN can still change to ERL at Putrajaya Sentral and then go to KLIA.

It would have been ideal if the HSR happened coz the propery prices would boom in Malaysia. But I believe Lakecity's concept doesn't hinge on this project to be successful.

The whole damn HK has boomed. The reason for it straightforward. For the people who can afford that kind of prices, you think public transportation is a major criteria?

HK properties have gone through the roof due to mainland Chinese buying and also because land is scarce.

Because we are nowhere near prices in HK and the transportation here sucks, the only way is up due to such improvements. Some analyst did some reasearch back in year 2000 or 2001, comparing the effects on Singapore & KL with that of Paris and London, due to the low cost airlines and the Euro Channel Tube. Yes, the HSR was already considered way back then.

ya u r right, bought few hse b4, MS is most lousy developer and low workmanship. Like u said every few months here defect there leaking, every year need to prepare RM 2~3k to just to repair this n that espcially leaking..

Seriously I would happy and consider to rent there with cheap price. But just no good for owner in long run eventually it would ruin down such a good common area. Low rental would attract low quality tenants and they don't even take care of your facilities.
Those owner need to think twice before do that eventually it would bring down the value of property. It should mid end condo if well proper managed.
