No vendor is willing to sell below perceived market price or cost. Most novice would take chance at auction than cut loss at subsale.

Auction in mk had reached below RM 400 psf; with more blocks to VP here; if current market sentiment persists, it is higher than fair chance, auction could drop below RM 400 psf.

As said before, no vendor is willing to sell below his cost or perceived market price. If you judge on subsale market, property market is always very good.

Totally agreed with you and it reflects in foreclosure sale also.

Most buyers in this country follow the crowd i.e herd behaviour; the more people buy, the more will follow. Hence, developers like to claim over 80% sold at launch but units still available after vped or over 3 years.

Property market information is one of if not the least transparent.

kv property is not the only investment opportunity available. if know price will drop why want to buy? if buy blindly is financial suicide.

Classic herd behaviour.

Like what BBB/uuu advocated; willing buyer willing seller. No one forced these investors to buy but themselves follow/join the herd. And uuu/BBB were the people started and sustain the herd movement. Also mean you have blood on your hands.

For certain there is a floor trap else could become a pond.

The unit was a liability to first buyer/owner.

BBB was good for developer and sa.

Those bought Lakeville to rent or flip could bleed for a long time.
