thats why another project tried to take advantage of 'damansara' by calling their project also at 'damansara west', but i think now they have reworded jor.

say owner owned bank 500k.

after lelong and all fees, bank managed to recover 450k. owner needs to coup up pure blood the remaining 50k to avoid bankruptcy order by bank.

I also think there is floor amount for bankruptcy order. cant remember the value, macam 30k or so.

if you have good credit scores, usually 3 working days, okok...give and take 5 working days, allowed for bankers to take emergency leaves.
