you should also let him know that by the time he finished the loan, his total prepayment will be 1.2-1.3mil..........

ppl only argue bcos the property is not achieving a healthy return or capital appreciation...…

if it can rent out at positive cash flow or sell above 30% of spa price, you think ppl still bother to argue???? they rather wasting their times renting it out or put on subsale.

this happens to many properties vped recently...….

in overseas, I even came across outdoor area bigger than indoor area in an apartment.

I think its design was supposed to give owner the opportunity to enjoy the lake view qua.

and now can look over kl lake city punya balcony instead.

its utterly irresponsible for MS to provide such a huge balcony without given water pipe and floor trap and power point.

or is this an additional items that they offered mid way thru construction but owner didn't take up?
