Yeap...some projects even give additional X% cash back on top of the 7-9% early rebate. Happy hunting..

Yes just like M City. Very good example. Big rebate given now after project completed for 2 years. And similar to those early bird buyers who bought 7 years ago.

i remember mahsing burung awal price is at 9% discount
and later on there's some period they doing big promo for CNY and make it 9% + Cash RM18888 something , with same price tag on their unit .

for Mahsing project need to beware , when they desperate they'll launch very good package to attract customer . so doenst matter burung awal or burung lambat biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

During good times can only buy burung awal as they will readjust the price upwards.

They only give u angpoh when the market demand has changed to the worse.

Just look at Damansara Sentral as an example, how much they throw price after vp to clear remaining units

it can only be called D'sara Sentral. That piece of land is under Shah Alam, and no where they can be called 'Damansara' at all.

thats why another project tried to take advantage of 'damansara' by calling their project also at 'damansara west', but i think now they have reworded jor.

hmm ... is taman wahyu really belong to Kepong? i think it just around the jalan ipoh only (yes, the road outside is jalan ipoh, not jalan kuching, jalan kuching ended at the roundabout).

I think DBKL have changed, Jalan Ipoh or Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah ended at Jalan Kuching roundabout whereas Jalaln Kuching ended near to Selayang Heights /Selayang Spring towards to Rawang Road

you mean the owner actually got the key, started upfitting and run out of money to continue or even pay his bank instalments?

Refer to mah sing sales kit for lakeville. Then you will know the reason why 80% furnish. All units here come in such configuration. Is a package by the developer.

Same like lakepark located not far away. Also almost full furnish provided by developer for all units.
