Well.... if you live in Klang, maybe there's on nice deal of the Zenfone 2 (4 GB RAM) at Tesco Bukit Tinggi at RM 850。 But of course, things aside, the Zenfone Selfie's camera is decent. But when we say performance, it's clearly just decent.

And as for the Sony M4 Aqua.... it's decent as well, but then, you should probably just steer clear of it due to the very small space even on the 16 GB variant.

Thanks for the input. Think i've got my eyes set on the Nexus 5X. Also seem to see a couple of threads with issues / dissatisfaction with One Plus X.

Thanks!

LG Nexus 5X is good if you want software support from Google, which also mean you can get the latest OS first. The Redmi Note 3 is quite a good all-rounder.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 and Asus Zenfone Selfie would've been a great choice if you weren't opting for stock Android.

I think you should wait until the 24th May for the launch of Alcatel Flash Plus 2, it suits your needs, and Alcatel's Flash series are known for having stock Android. Hence, it will most likely be priced below RM 1k as well.

I'm trying to convince my dad to give up his iPhone 4S. Can you help recommend an Android phone that is easy to use?

Main requirement is that it needs to be dual-sim.

He composes lengthy emails on his phone, so if there is an Android phone with a keyboard as accurate and easy to use as the iPhone's, that would be ideal. Otherwise, please recommend a keyboard app on par with the iPhone's default.

He's a light user. Doesn't multi-task. Nothing too bulky, but having a screen of at least 4" or 4.5"

1. Brand: Any
2. Budget: Below RM1.5k
3. Specs: Dual-sim, good battery life
4. Type/Size: Clear, crisp screen / 4.0 or 4.5-inch screen

Thanks!

If you're ok with a little bit big screen, go with Honor 7/7 Enhanced at 5 inch screen. Better to see for lengthy emails typing.

1. Brand. Any brand except xiaomi
2. Budget. Less than 1500.
3. Spec: min 2gb ram
4. Type/Size. Screen size 5-5.5". Good battery life. Decent camera.

Basically this phone is for my uncle. Older man 60+. Looking for better ui, specs doesn't have to be fancy. Durable. Not into gaming and so forth. Just normal whatsapp, call, waze.

Looking at huawei g8 and honor 7e but don't think the specs need to be on par with honor 7e. Also thinking about honor5x and some asus phone which I don't remember the model but with intel atom processor.

Get the Huawei 5x. Huawei 5x has better battery life then g8. 3000maH vs 2680 mah. Plus, the screen is larger too, easier for reading.
