Lenovo A2020 (also known as Lenovo Vibe C) is quite decent, but I don't think the screen resolution would go well with your father. For that, maybe consider Lenovo Vibe K5 or Alcatel Flash Plus 2?

OnePlus 3 is more worth it IMO, although there's no expandable storage, 64GB internal storage should be more than adequate.

3. Specs: 4G network, Android 6.0 would be nice but not essential, ram 2gb or more, internal storage 32gb or more, decent battery, decent camera, gyroscope must have, microsd card slot must have.
4. Size: max 5.5inch screen, 5inch ideal.
