Actually the maintainece fee for the terrance house is for what?

If for high rise its for the facility such as swimming pool etc.

gated & guarded... maintainance for landscape ... clubhouse facilities... so on...

FYI.. clubhouse have swimming pool, gym... etc... just like condo too...

not share with all...

Eash Phase have their own clubhouse... until competitor around... only share one clubhouse.

Terraza and Monterey maintain their own clubhouses; which are exclusive to the respective residents.

The renovated semidee - 40ft one. mastered room balcony, below the glass handrail.
did not manage to take a picture that day.

I dun know what material they used for the facade. maybe we should ask for warranty against color fading.
they only give us 24mths warranty in SPA.

24 months is standard. Please check and confirm with SA whether ES provides 2 + 1 years (ie additional 12 months beside the standard 24 months) defect liability as I know they do (but the additional 12 months is documented separately).

Ya, today manage to attend Dato Chang session as well. Got interesting scheme wer for commercial either for investors or tenant. Too bad I not the level yet to be commercial investor.

My info is same as per Bro Longshot.
However I believe they likely look into how to counter Blossom 1.6m for double storey.
