2mn shop require 8k rental which i bliv is very hard fr normal 2 storey..can compare with rental at kk bkt tinggi n see d viability..

So far each block each type each unit price all different. You can hardly find one that is the same price for all units. In this way, each unit is a bit unique and standalone to suit wide range of buyer preference. |
