Agreed. With heightening competition amidst week market sentiment, can foresee more creative ideas surface. The reside-and-purchase by SDB is another recent one.

Notice that you seem to be quite interested with ES with many questions asked. Suggest that you go to the sales gallery to gather detailed info though I noticed the active forummers in this thread have been quite helpful in sharing info.

Btw, the referral is 1%.

With the grants in-placed, hopefully the commercial vacancy rates will drop. These will incentivize the business operators to start their business within 6months period. Hence, it will also bode well for the commercial purchasers as their cash flow will not be tight due to prolonged vacancy.

That's for sure, vs totally no initiative and just sell only.
When come to commercial, it's really very important the developer do good marketing to promote the place whether it's for investors, consumers or tenant pre or post completion. Typical developer sell adey no tiow lor.

Heards that Ecoworld is going to launch commercial lifestyle shoplot middle of April 2016. Indicative price would be RM1.8M onward for 2-storey (22X70)...They will start collecting cheque for booking this month.

rimbayu is offering dsl shoplot with 22*70 starting 1.6m.
have to see if anything special on ew commercial hmm.gif
