where to get this brand and where to test?

For your welfare and if you wanna live long, please take note:

Nobody sells un-diluted nicotine on line except for registered pharmacists.

Nicotine sold with strength of 100 mg means nic is already diluted to the strength of 100 mg of nic per ml of the liquid.

If seller says 30 ml nic with strength of 100 mg, he PROBABLY meant that he is selling in bottles of 30 ml, and in each ml there is 100 mg of nic.

If seller says he is selling nic at strength of 100 mg and it is not mixed with anything, he is then talking cock or he meant he is selling 100 per cent pure nic. (if one drop of 100 percent pure nic touches your skin, please rush your self to the nearest hospital immediately)

If seller further says it is not mixed with pg, then he MAY mean that it is mixed with VG. ( or some unknown stuff that could be hazardous to your well-being). Most nic sold on-line is diluted with either PG or VG or a mix of pg/vg.
Conclusion : your seller doesn't know what he is talking about and cannot explain to you properly the stuff that he is selling.  You will be playing russian roulete with your life if you buy nic from sellers who don't know shit what they are selling....

Now I could be wrong, but what you have there is pure  uncut nicotine which should be handled with care. You could dilute by adding PG yourself in 10% dilution, but why bother. Just grab a ready PG based Nic from Vaperstuff and you're good to go. Plus a purchase of 100 min gets free shipping. That's like a bottle of 100mg nic worth.

and the HG2 clone battery so far only one of my friend kena.

the wording and wraps totally different. we cut and open the plastic wrap and found out that battery is re-wrap battery from unknown brands.

Basically i asked him if i need to mix it with PG, and he replied no. what got me confused is:
