3mm 5 wraps spaced or 6 wraps contact 26g kanthal coil, 6mm cotton. Pull the cotton through the hole of the RBA and cut it from outside. Make it fluffy on the outside and you are done.

You need to make the coil higher. The closer the coil to the airflow hole, aerodynamics gets worse. More coil or wire gets more vapor and flavor. You need to optimize the available space of your RBA. Too many stuffs inside means restrictive airflow though.
Nope, you cant. It may not be safe even if you dilute it with minimal PG (Propylene Glycol). You gotta send it to people for testing on your flavor concentrate before using it for making e-juice.

They are barking up the wrong tree. Cigarettes is significantly more harmful. I guess Johor wants people to smell smoke that has carbon, tar and thousands of chemicals. Vapers who cant find juices will eventually switch to cigarettes if nicotine withdrawal is too much.

Smoked for 23 years. Now 4 months off cigs. More stamina and no more sinus problems. I have friends vaping for years. They are healthy.
