Can you include how to read the tyre codes at the 1st page?

hi..need help here. im changing to new tire for my kancil. 13" size. one shop quote me rm115 for goodyear gt3 if not mistaken. is goodyear ok? any other brand suggestion around rm115-130. rite now using dunlop tire.
