Now it's really peak period. If you got no other offer, then wait. If you have offers from other firm, notify them in a polite way so you don''t burn bridge. Big4 keep all the applicant records and there is a cooling period if you failed in your application. You can try to call the interviewer to remind them because they are dealing with a lot of applications.

Hey guys, I think I can share some of my experiences as I got accepted by all the three firms that I applied (PwC, EY and KPMG).

For KPMG, the recruiter was very efficient and it took only 1 week. As I was interviewed directly by a partner and a director, the recruiter actually called me on the next morning to congrats me. *The f2f interview took 70 minutes.

For EY, the process took about 2-3 weeks. The recruiter called me on the next working day after I've submitted my online application. It was a very positive experience as both the interviewers (position - director) were very encouraging. The recruiter only managed to get back to me 10 days after the interview as there was some due diligence process. *The f2f interview took about 60 minutes.

For PwC, basically you'll receive an email from the recruiter telling you that your application is currently being reviewed once she pulls out your application from the database.

She will normally take 1-2 weeks to call you for a phone screening and invite you for a written assessment. If two weeks after you've received the email and didn't get any call from them, you could give them a call or consider your application has been rejected.

In my case, I consider myself as very fortunate and lucky as during the phone screening session the recruiter actually straight away offer me an interview session without the need of written assessment (I think I did fairly well during the phone screening)

My advice would be give them a call instead of sending a follow-up email. Reason is simple because they don't have time to reply all emails from applicants but if you keep calling them they might process your application first smile.gif Just my two cents.

Yeah, they gotten the offer from both firms. I think partly because their results are above average and quite active in extra-curricular activities. smile.gif

go for manager level.
If you are in IT Security, why do you want to go into external audit?
Try applying their RAS team, "Risk Assurance Services".
They need people with System Audit background.

Try calling the general line and explain to them, then they would divert you to the relevant department. At least this is what I did for KPMG.

Be proactive, make the impression that you are very interested in the job. smile.gif Good luck anyway.
