seems like post 9 in page 1 had been "removed" or changed.....
now it looks different from the one i saw earlier,...the earlier one has listings of about 5 names

MAS, CAD investigating online trading platform Samtrade FX; 3 arrested.

AN overseas online trading platform, Samtrade FX, is being probed by the Singapore authorities for potential offences under local securities laws that require a capital markets services (CMS) licence for regulated activity.

Three men, aged between 31 and 36, have been arrested in connection with the investigation, the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the Commercial Affairs Department (CAD) announced in a press release on Monday (Jan 3).

"There is reason to suspect that irregular trading activities have been carried out on the platform and investigations are being carried out on these activities," said MAS and CAD, which jointly launched the probe on Dec 28 last year.

Samtrade FX is being looked into for potential offences under Section 82 of the Securities and Futures Act, which prohibits any person from carrying on a business in any regulated activity without a CMS licence.

Samtrade FX is run by a company of the same name registered in St Vincent and the Grenadines. Its Singapore entities - Samtrade FX LLP and Samtrade FX (SG) Pte Ltd - are also under investigation.

The parent company and its related entities are not licensed by MAS and have been on the MAS Investor Alert List since July last year.

The syndicate is known as GCG Asia Forex Investments and has been active since 2018, and the suspects concerned were acting as brokers, investor searching agents, financial managers and account holders.

I saw "FVP Trade" was listed #127 on List of SCAM Forex Firms/Brokers !ALERT!, and trying to look for any elaboration through search function but did not find any (and I have read through 30+ pages quite thoroughly to learn as well). Reason being, I also saw that they have acquired FCA in UK:

Mean all your money and fake trading account will be under offshore jurisdiction BVI. The ponzi scheme has nothing to do with the UK FCA license at all.

BVI company and UK FCA company are 2 different companies with different bank accounts. Understand?

It doesnt matter which company, if you are taking our advise, stay away. It's your money end of the day.

my friend is a platinum member of Triumphfx...invested more than 50k usd...and tried to pull me out..
I don't know how to convince her that it is a money game...totally brain washed.She pulled everywhere beside her into it...
anyway, why until year no one lodge report against Triumphfx? by the way, Quin reward has switched its pay out...users can only received their money within 24 months...mmm...
