Does anyone here know if this broker is legit or scam?

- Broker: TriumphFX (www.tfxi3.com)

- Fund manager: EOB Infinity [CODE](telegram: t.me/eobinfinityofficial ; ig: www.instagram.com/eob_infinity/?hl=en /)

Would appreciate if anyone can share your experience, i.e. have you invested and lost your money?   ohmy.gif

TriumphFX and EOB are on FX SCAM list quite some time. Have you check the first page of this thread?

SCAM will not loss your money until they collapsed or game over or run road.

Becareful! History may repeat itself. Since it's not tfxi.com but tfxi3.com, they may close it one day and said someone clone them like Singly, the first ever TriumphFX.

Hi everyone, a quick question about EOB infinity (TriumphFX) the licensed is under Cyprus not sure if it is cysec. Heard that they are earning quite consistently for few years already. Not sure any idea is it legit investment and worth to invest?

Appreciate your effort in answering.
*
Seems like TriumphFX is getting aggresive on their SCAM activity.

As mentioned above, EOB and TriumphFX are both SCAMs! The ponzi scheme investors funds are not with Cyprus or Cysec. It's under offshore. Check the web site bottom. Both www.triumphfx.com and tfxi.com or tfxi 2 3 4 5 6 7 7 are different.

Consistent fake trades, yeah! Never invest on a FX SCAM, you never know when it will be the next MIA, missing in action. bruce.gif

I also downloaded and tried Pepperstone. The ping is also 2xx ms.
And anyone tried / using SwissQuote robo advisor? can share your reviews? I googled but can't find any reviews for this.

thanks in advance.

If you are checking about the brokers genuinity, yes all above are popular brokers. For the ping, acceptable.

We do not have experience with SQ robo advisor. Cant comment.

was seeing online chatter among investors asking if fellow investors were able to do withdrawals. and today's news in Singapore. samtradefx

MAS, CAD investigating online trading platform Samtrade FX; 3 arrested.

AN overseas online trading platform, Samtrade FX, is being probed by the Singapore authorities for potential offences under local securities laws that require a capital markets services (CMS) licence for regulated activity.

Three men, aged between 31 and 36, have been arrested in connection with the investigation, the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the Commercial Affairs Department (CAD) announced in a press release on Monday (Jan 3).

"There is reason to suspect that irregular trading activities have been carried out on the platform and investigations are being carried out on these activities," said MAS and CAD, which jointly launched the probe on Dec 28 last year.

Samtrade FX is being looked into for potential offences under Section 82 of the Securities and Futures Act, which prohibits any person from carrying on a business in any regulated activity without a CMS licence.

Samtrade FX is run by a company of the same name registered in St Vincent and the Grenadines. Its Singapore entities - Samtrade FX LLP and Samtrade FX (SG) Pte Ltd - are also under investigation.

The parent company and its related entities are not licensed by MAS and have been on the MAS Investor Alert List since July last year.

We expect TriumphFX EOB will burst before others. "High payout" required more incoming funds to sustain.

The syndicate is known as GCG Asia Forex Investments and has been active since 2018, and the suspects concerned were acting as brokers, investor searching agents, financial managers and account holders.

Oh God, we thought GCG game over when the director jailed in Cambodia few years back.

Hello all sifus, really thanks for the contribution to safe guard our money, awesome effort!

I saw "FVP Trade" was listed #127 on List of SCAM Forex Firms/Brokers !ALERT!, and trying to look for any elaboration through search function but did not find any (and I have read through 30+ pages quite thoroughly to learn as well). Reason being, I also saw that they have acquired FCA in UK:

https://register.fca.org.uk/s/firm?id=0014G00002oYIKCQA4

Secondly, I am new to myfxbook and tried the three checks on Page #1, but only able to see the third check (I guess?). Is this their growth curve?
https://www.myfxbook.com/members/FVPTrade

Appreciate if there are more insights from all, thanks!

Hi szeping,

1st of all, you are asking as a FVP Trade investor or you are planning to invest because someone approach you?

Thanks for sharing their UK license, non the less, what you are checking is under their offshore jurisdiction, nothing to do with UK FCA but it's good for filing complaints.

The Myfxbook performace is obviously fake, check the drawdown chart as well. Too good to be true. 100% manipulated!

Hi DrFX, thanks for your swift reply. I was being approached to invest.

Can you help to elaborate more on “nothing to do with UK FCA”? Because I tried to google UK Financial Conduct Authority and it pointed me to the site, with the company registration number.
*
Mean all your money and fake trading account will be under offshore jurisdiction BVI. The ponzi scheme has nothing to do with the UK FCA license at all.

BVI company and UK FCA company are 2 different companies with different bank accounts. Understand?

It doesnt matter which company, if you are taking our advise, stay away. It's your money end of the day.

We encourage everyone to file complaints to consumer.queries@fca.org.uk and whistle@fca.org.uk .

It will be the next SamTradeFX.

bruce.gif Let see who faster. TriumphFX may not down completely because they learned their lesson after jailed in Singapore back in 2018. They moved everything offshore, even Vanuatu also listed them as fraud. doh.gif

Dear szeping,

Since you was approached by FVP Trade, do you mind to provide us any proof of writting, namecards, brochure, pdf, ppt? Appreciated.

UK FCA confirmed that FVP Trade UK Ltd. is listed on UK FCA Register under the Payment Services Directive as an Agent for Immedi8 Services Limited and does not have the permission to provide investment business from within the UK.

Another misleading license, much cheaper but it works when come to scam innocent investors.

I would like to apologize to my family, for being unable to pull you out while you were ahead despite trying my best. It has come to a point where the only solution is to watch you suffer when the music stops.

In hindsight, this could have been easily avoided had I convinced you that things were not as what they told you in the very first Zoom call, you weren't brainwashed then.

I am sorry.

Nothing much you can do after you did your part to advise them. They are your family and you dont want to spoil the relationship.

i am just wondering if FX is banned in Malaysia how did those FX companies in Labuan get their license? hmm.gif
*
Majority Malaysian have the wrong perception about "FX is banned in Malaysia". In fact, FX is legal in Malaysia as long as you are trading/investing with local licensed institution/bank/money changer. It's the same law applied to many countries.

However, there is no retail broker licensed in Malaysia by SC except Labuan FSA. Well, it's still an offshore license and given Malaysia boleh, it's not hard for brokers or FX scammers to get the license since the capital requirement is only RM500,000 compare to top tier licenses that required over millions US dollar for capital deposit.

In fact, many Labuan licensed brokers do not operate in Labuan because of leverage restriction 1:100. They still operate with another offshore firm from another island in the world for leverage benefit and tax benefit. Operate mean "collect money". laugh.gif

We have added TradeHall and ValueEnvision into Potential SCAM LIST!

Why? In fact, we added TradeHall quite some times. A genuine FX educator do not use unknown broker.

1: No valid license, only white label and using misleading FINTRACT and NFA.
2: The PAMM is not transparent.
3: Unknown broker

Anyone mind to provide us their PAMM performances or Myfxbook for verification?

anyway, why until year no one lodge report against Triumphfx? by the way, Quin reward has switched its pay out...users can only received their money within 24 months...mmm...

Many has lodge report against TriumphFX but Malaysia authority is usually inefficient as we all know and since it is operate offshore, there is nothing much they can do.
